50th Anniversary of EXEControl

“Giving Back to the Community Through Acts of Service”

Allan Robison, President of EXEControl Global Solutions announced “EXEControl Global Solutions has created a new type of time off called ‘VTO’ for Volunteered Time Off. Every employee of EXEControl Global Solutions has been given 12 hours of VTO time to give back to the community. The objective is to make time for employees to serve the community in areas that are important to them. The acts of service can be performed either during normal business hours or during afterhours. Either way, the employee will be credited for up to 12 hours of time for service. Employees have been encouraged to not stop with the 12 hours that EXEControl Global Solutions is providing each employee.”

“Our goal,” says Todd Hess, Director of Professional Service, “is to serve the community through volunteering with at least 50 different community activities over the course of a year. It is a way to give back to the community and a way to support our staff at the same time.”

“We want to serve. We do not want to discourage people from participating but for our corporate goal, the idea is to serve. Instead of paying for a table at a fund raiser or running in a road race, we want our staff to volunteer their time working the registration table or some other form of service that goes beyond the participatory levels of support to the behind the scenes service.” Jim Waltersdorf, Director of Networking Services added.

Michelle McKenzie, Director of Software Services and a 24 year veteran of the firm acknowledged that “50 is a big goal for our firm and it is something we have never done as a team before. I am looking forward to giving back to the community as a way to celebrate 50 years of being in business.”

EXEControl Global Solutions plans to update this page throughout the 2017 year recognizing the various organizations supported through the acts of service by our staff. Keep coming back to this page to see the list of organizations and their events as the list grows.
