Southern Saratoga YMCA’s Running Start Program

Running Start is a back-to-school program that serves children entering kindergarten through 12th grade who have been identified as having a financial need. With the assistance and financial support of volunteers, the YMCA Running Start Program provides children with clothing, shoes, school supplies and backpacks. Jennifer Mazzariello, EXEControl Global Solutions’ Office Administrator, and Craig Kimbrough, Manager of Networking Services, were pleased to partner with this wonderful organization. They volunteered to help the children shop. The YMCA provides the children with gift cards to Kohls to buy back to school supplies. Volunteers go with the kids to Kohls and help them shop for the necessary items.
