Saratoga National Cemetery Memorial Day Flag Project

Todd Hess, Director of Professional Services, and his son volunteered at the Saratoga National Cemetery Patriot Guard Ceremony at  Gerald Solomon National Cemetery. The Memorial Day event involved hundreds of volunteers placing flags on every grave, reading every name and reflecting as the guard saluted each deceased veteran. In all, over 14,000 fallen veterans were honored. The event also included presentations from dignitaries and readings of the stories of each Medal of Honor recipient.
