Q. How are emergencies defined?

A. Emergency calls are those situations where there is no way for your user(s) to proceed with their work and the work must be accomplished immediately. EXEControl Global Solutions personnel will make this determination.

Q. How soon can I expect my problem to be resolved?

A. Although the time delay from when a support call is placed to when resolution is started may vary, EXEControl Global Solutions strives to address calls within 24 hours. Typically resolutions to emergency issues are started within minutes of receiving the call/notification.

Q. What happens if my emergency happens during non-typical business hours?

A. We’ve got you covered. EXEControl Global Solutions provides 24/7/365 support services for all pre-registered clients. Our Support Center is staffed 8am-5pm EST during normal business hours. Support outside of these hours is provided via our off-hour support voice mailbox, which may be reached by selecting extension five from our phone system greeting. A network technician is immediately paged upon your hanging up.

Q. Can I place an emergency call on a holiday?

A. Yes, calls placed on all major holidays by pre-registered clients are serviced by our off-hour support voice mailbox.

Q. I am not satisfied with quality of service. What should I do?

A. We apologize for this dissatisfaction and would like an opportunity to resolve your issue. Please contact the Support Center and ask for the manager responsible for supporting your network. You may also contact EXEControl Global Solutions Complaint Resolution Team at crt@execontrol.com.

Q. Is a contract needed for urgent care support?

A. Yes, please fill out this quick contract/payment form. Our sales staff can help you with any questions you may have. EXEControl Global Solutions is fully insured carrying a $1,000,000.00 E&O insurance policy for the protection of our clients. In order to maintain such an insurance policy, EXEControl Global Solutions cannot assist any business with their issues without first having a signed agreement authorizing our company to assist your business. Our staff is not even authorized to provide advice or suggestions without this crucial piece of client protection, the agreement authorization.
