On October 5, 2015, EXEControl Global Solutions sent three individuals to Rocket Software’s Las Vegas MV University premier training event. The event spanned four days with intensive workshops covering all of Rocket Software’s Multi-Valued database solutions (UniVerse, D3, mvBASE and Unidata), along with their stand-alone Multi-Valued marketplace software products, which can be used in conjunction with their databases.

Todd Hess, Director of Professional Services, led the team to Rocket Software’s MV University in Las Vegas. Already possessing the D3 product line experience, Todd Hess explained, “The objective was to learn about some of the other products that Rocket Software has to offer. Rocket Software purchased the D3 product family from TigerLogic about two years ago. With that acquisition came many new opportunities for the EXEControl Community.”

Chris Litts, Network Specialist

Chris Litts, Network Specialist for EXEControl Global Solutions, completed the trio, bringing the network and operating system discipline to the team. Chris Litts noted, “At EXEControl Global Solutions, we focus on being able to configure our clients’ databases to run in a secure, redundant, fast and reliable environment. Configuring a network the way you did five years ago simply is not in the client’s best interest. We must continually adapt to the changes in computing and Rocket Software is helping us do that. Part of my job is to collaborate with people like the staff at Rocket Software to find the best, most reliable configuration solutions, and the MV University event was an essential part of that process.”
