EXEControl client bringing a new server on-line at no cost

Can this really be true?

One of our EXEControl UPS Clients has agreed to utilize the UPS Customer Technology program in order to obtain funds necessary to purchase new equipment. The equipment includes a new server, which will be helpful in providing server redundancy. This is also a huge win for our client because they are an E.N.D.S. client which means that the labor required to bring this new server on-line is included as part of the E.N.D.S. contract so our client will be paying nothing for the equipment and nothing extra for the labor!
